Lebanese Man'oushe (Pizza of the Levant)

It was early in the morning of September 2018, on our way to the town of Qartaba Lebanon we drop by one of the bakeries to buy Man'oushe for our breakfast. I got the chance to take photos to share with you the food of Levant for breakfast. We order za'atar and cheese man'oushe, cheese is my favorite.
Here are the flavors of man'oushe;
*za'atar
*cheese
*meat and cheese
Let us do baking for man'oushe;
Ingredients:
*1x dough
*3 tsp za'atar
*1 onion
*olive oil
Note; flavors are optional if you want cheese, put cheese.
*Mixed the za'atar, onion, and olive oil . Spread in the dough and put inside the oven for 4-5 minutes. After removing in the oven and prepare with tomato, cucumber, and eat.
*Important note
If you want to make flatbread here are the ingredients;
*1 tsp active yeast
*1 tsp white sugar
*200 ml lukewarm water
*350 g all-purpose flour
*1 tsp salt
