Tabbouli was one of my favorite food during my stay in Lebanon. It is a sour taste vegetable consisting of parsley leaves cut into small pieces, tomato, and onion sliced in a small square, olive oil, and lemon for the basic tabouli. But my own version of tabouli is adding more onion, for the Lebanese version it's more on tomato. Tabouli was the only food I can't resist eating whenever I feel hungry and it is the only food I can eat when I am adjusting to living in that country. Why include food in my blog?because knowing their food is one way of understanding their culture.
