The Oldest Water Dispenser

I found this oldest water dispenser in the park of Tripoli, Lebanon. The vendor in the park keeps telling me about the oldest water dispenser although he speaks the Arabic language I understand what he is talking about, so I went inside the park and take photos, so sad I can't understand Arabic writing. Before the popularity of the modern water dispenser, people in this town are using this in public areas like parks.

As I travel around the city and knowing their history I got some facts about the first discovery that happens in this city of Tripoli.
